Create a sign-up page, modal, form or app screen related to signing up for something. It could be for a volunteer event, contest registration, a giveaway or anything you can imagine.

I took inspiration from www.fundhomes.com, to create a sign-up page for a sister company, Fund Paradise. This site is meant to allow you to pay a small amount towards a time-share property as a means of saving for a vacation.
