Connected Home

Problem statement: Customers are only shown one offer in their account, which is driving calls to care to find a better offer. This creates a low channel mix and a low completion rate for self-serve transactions.

Solution: Provide customers multiple offers to choose from when their plan is coming up for renewal.

Team: Product Manager, Content Designer (me), UX Designer, Analytics Team, Front-end and Back-end developers.

Approach: Work with the Product and UX Design team to create visually appealing and informative content that helps customers choose from various offers.
