Problem statement: We want to drive more customers to utilize self-serve features like Device Guides and our Support platform.
Solution: Create screensavers for Ignite TV that will showcase our self-serve features in customers homes, with and easy access QR code.
Team: Support Product Manager, UX Designer, Content Designer (me), Ignite TV Product Manager, Analytics Team.
Approach: Work closely with the Ignite TV Product team to meet design requirements. Attach a unique campaign ID to the URL in the QR codes to measure engagement.
Outcome: Saw an immediate spike in visits to the pages, as well as lots of positive feedback through customer surveys from the website.
